Building on the success of the Ride On McLaren P1, the all-new 720S features many of the real car’s design ques and even features engine sounds to complement the electric motor which helps to add a bit of drama to the toddler’s commute to nursery.

Scissor doors make everything cooler

Just like the real car, the Ride On features the exclusive Papaya Spark paint colour and comes with the choice of seven further official paint colours; (Azores Orange, Belize Blue, Lantana Purple, Onyx Black, Mauvine Blue, Silica White, or Saros Grey).

Functional brake lights add a touch of class to the Ride On 720S

The car’s ‘engine’ operates with a key, giving the young driver a feeling of control behind the wheel, but it can also be operated by remote control if they’re not quite ready to drive independently. A brake function is included with working brake lights and a handy dashboard display screen that notifies the little driver when s/he needs to charge the car.

McLaren carefully took many design ques from the real car

And when they fancy a break from driving, the display features an infotainment system that provides compatibly to play short movies and songs via SD card and USB. It even comes pre-loaded with six popular children’s songs.

Taking on the track in his supercar

The good news is that the Ride On 720S starts at just £315, which is around 700 times cheaper than the grown-up 720S Coupe. Not only would this toy car offer serious bragging rights in the playground, but it’s a great way to inspire the next generation of drivers.
